Creates a new OccupancyGrid from the occupancy data stored in a specified channel of a ChannelGrid.

| ChannelGrid | channelGrid | The ChannelGrid that contains the occupancy data in one of its channels. This grid will not be modified by this operation. |
| string | channelName | The name of the channel in the ChannelGrid that contains the occupancy data to be transferred to the new OccupancyGrid. This channel must exist and contain data of type Occupancy for this operation to succeed. |
